When I came in I think Nina was going to perform the massage. But after I showed her on the diagram the places where I was hurting the most she yelled out "John!!!" They have such a good rapport with each other and John took over from there. He hit every trigger point and most of the knots that I had were greatly reduced. The language barrier was a little tough but that really wasn't an issue. John was awesome!!! He even recommended I try acupuncture and not to carry my wallet in my right back pocket(where my problems on that side are...smh‍) I will definitely be back and tell my fellow coworkers where to come to get a great massage! I went to Strive Physical Therapy in Northfield for an evaluation and they were very thorough and also very compassionate and understanding as I was in a considerable amount of pain. I was approved for 2 sessions of PT a week and each time I went, I found the facility to be very clean (there are people constantly wiping down machines and equipment), the therapists I saw were very good in explaining what I was to do and what it would help with, and they also provided detailed information sheets and videos as to exercises I was to do at home. I am happy to say that with their knowledge and assistance, I am again pain free after about 6 weeks of treatment. I would highly recommend them. The staff is very pleasant and knowledgeable, the facility is very clean, their hours are accommodating, and they have a great location.
