We explained over the phone what we needed done and mashburn said it would be no problem said in 2 weeks they could come out and give an estimate. On Tuesday 1:00 when they schedule the appt mashburn never showed. I called them and was told they are running behind and could not come out until the following day. So i had to cancel my dr appt for the following day to wait for them. They come out finally and said we would have an estimate in 2 days. Today i receive a text saying we can't do your project. No reason no phone call to apologize for wasting your time nothing just a simple text. "This is Mike with Mashburn. I regret to inform that we cannot do the project for you. If you have any questions feel free to reach out." What an unprofessional company. My husband is disabled and need this done for mobility reason and they have delayed Us for 3 weeks now

These folks just finished building a screened in porch on the back of our home. I have to say, this…read morewas a positive experience and the integrity of our Project Manager, Mike Owen, is the reason why. From the minute I began working with Mike, I believed I was dealing with an honest individual who had my best interests at heart. We had hit a snafu with a previous employee. Mike stepped in and immediately gained our confidence. The owner of Mashburn made certain that promises made by his employee (before Mike took our job) were kept, despite it costing him some money. This goes a long way toward understanding the type of people you are dealing with at Mashburn. The porch is beautiful and will be an asset to our lifestyle, as well as, add value to our home. I had some unusual requests that Mike was able to quickly and effectively trouble shoot. He ALWAYS answered the phone when I called, he ALWAYS showed up when he said he would, he ALWAYS followed through, he ALWAYS made sure the work completed was top notch. I have already asked him for a bid on a deck to compliment our screened room. I will gladly use Mashburn's services in the future and recommend my neighbors do the same. And I will request to work with Mike Owen every time.

I was impressed with Jason Amagrande from the first phone call I made to Amagrande Electric out of…read moreLoudon, TN. I was in distress over a situation with a new washer/dryer installation that required a licensed electrician within a short timeframe. (Jason is also insured.) I found him by all his 5-star reviews on the internet. Jason was professional, helpful and kind. He listened to my need, asked for photos to help him identify the issue prior to arrival, and came first thing the next morning with his son Caleb (who is being trained and is a great sidekick helping his dad). Jason quickly identified the problem that required replacing a grounding wire for the new digital dryer technology and to ensure safety. He said he would also install a new breaker and place the new outlet in a more convenient spot for installation of the new W/D set. He made arrangements to come back the following morning with the needed supplies. It is an older, solid-built home. It wasn't an easy fix and required patience and persistence especially to get the line through small and thick materials within confined spaces. They worked tirelessly to complete the job without complaint and were kind and provided explanation throughout the process. Jason also looked at my dishwasher to determine that there was no power and found the problem to be at the junction at the floor. He corrected that, but the dishwasher is older and is not working correctly and is being replaced. He deemed it was a problem with the dishwasher and not an electrical issue. I am extremely satisfied with Jason and his son Caleb, the knowledge they brought, their attention to detail, the tenacity to complete the work professionally in a timely manner, and their kindness and reassurance to me. It gave me confidence that I now have a safe electrical environment for installation. I highly recommend them for your electrical work. I'll be putting him on speed dial!

I needed someone to check the electrical system for a 1969 house that we were going to buy. The owner, Jason, gave an estimate and let us know what needed to be fixed. The inspection price was very reasonable and he was able to check out the house quickly. The sellers used him to update the electrical system before we moved into the house. Because no one could be in the house during the process, the sellers chose to move out several days prior to closing. Overall, he was very professional, priced reasonably and kind. I would definitely recommend his company to those needing electrical support! And, if I need anything in the future, I will be contacting Jason A.

I happened across Bizzy B's info on Yelp when I was looking for a plumber, and when Justin stopped out to help with that issue, he told me they could also take care of that entire (extensive) list, with no problem. Lance and Justin did, indeed, take care of that whole list, not the least of which was an exceptionally large fence in our yard that I was pretty sure we would have to scrap within the year. They said they could power wash it and paint it up, and it could have a lot more years of life AND look good. I thought it was worth the chance, considering the price of a brand new fence, and I was surprised beyond my wildest dreams that it could even look this fantastic! All of the work was excellent, and almost as important, they were both extremely friendly, took the time to interact with the dogs when they were in the house, and genuinely felt like friends in the couple of weeks they spent here. I know I probably wouldn't have been that upbeat and kind if I had spent all day baking in the sun when it was approaching 100 degrees. Overall, super impressed...and so are the neighbors. I'm sure they will have more business from our neighborhood, and I'll be recommending them every chance I get. Thanks so much Bizzy B!
