It also sells the usual paraphernalia like wrapping paper, balloons etc. The biggest selling point is probably the Thorntons section where you can buy lots of chocolate related goodies, they'll even do the personalised chocolate as well. The staff are nice and friendly here as well, so generally a very pleasant shop if not the biggest in the world.

The cards are split up into different sections with the only downside being that they tend to move the sections around when other celebration cards come out. At christmas they have a good range of calendars available and also loads of box sets of christmas cards. The other thing that I especially like is their bargain range of cards that are priced around £1. These are nice modern looking cards and are really useful for giving to friends etc. They also stock loads and loads of nick nacks, perfect for stocking fillers at christmas.

They were precious family photos from over 50 years ago. I managed to lose them all in an envelope I went in to ask if they would still have them on file but they didn't. I thanked them and carried on shopping but got a call a short while later to say that they had carried on checking for me and found them! Found a signed book on their site that I had been looking for so I put in my cart, and went through the their process of providing shipping, billing, and delivery information. Site was very easy to use and I received an email confirming everything. In about a weeks time FedEx was dropping off my package. This is always the part where I get worried. There are so many times in this transatlantic trip that the book could be dented, torn, or damaged that it can be a bit of a gamble. Coles however did such a great job of wrapping first in paper, second in two sturdy shipping boxes, and finally a padded shipping envelope. After opening up everything a saw that my book had arrived in band new pristine condition. Maybe one day I'll get to visit the store in person but until then I feel confident ordering through their site.
