I know that I have appendicitis cause I had it before. Why do I feel like they are sending me home to die. Now they are doing a pelvic exam. This is weird. When asked why the time change was not communicated to me they said the scheduling department was different from the radiology department. My mammogram began at 10:45 then followed by the diagnostic ultrasound. Afterwards I was informed that the radiologist was not available to review the results so I was delayed another hour. What should have been a 3 hr appointment took about 5 hours!! For me it was the lack of communication was frustrating and unnecessary. I will not be returning to the facility. HCA Mercy made me feel like an afterthought. Where's the professional consideration service that HCA Mercy advocates? Certainly it was overlooked today! If you value your time please don't go to the Mercy Radiology Center.

This one has some awesome surgeons and nurses. The rooms are great and they're clean. The waiting areas get a lot of traffic as most patients have more than one person with them. Speaking Spanish is a plus as they will always speak Spanish to you first. Parking is in parking lot is $1 for every 20 min max $8 a day or valet. They do validate which brings the price down a bit.
