I have been with them for about 3 years now and have to say that these people are the most professional, most knowledgeable, and most caring medical professionals that I have ever felt with. They are capable of many types of heart procedures and operations, and they did a few on me that greatly improved my life. They work with me diligently to maintain proper and effective medications for my condition and they are immensely assuring and caring in the way that they work with me. I would be dead if I kept him as my cardiologist. Nursing is rude, arrogant and treat patients as though they are children, talking down as if the patient does not understand what is needed. If it was not for the two cardiologists, I would go somewhere else because dealing with nursing is an absolute headache. However, Prisma Cardiology and Greenville Memorial are far worse so I am stuck with arrogant nurses in order to see the MD.

We came to the office and then were told that we had to make another appointment and they could not do it today because Terri T. She could not do it today. My dad and I explained that he was told not to go home without the monitor. I also explained that I live out of state and I have to go back today for my own cardiology appointment. I am on the heart transplant list. I also explained that my father can I go back and forth to the office. Terri was very rude in had a smart attitude toward us. I started to ask her if she would be accountable if anything happened to him since he was not getting the monitor and what the Dr. ordered. No meaning to I talk with may hands and she stopped me very rudely and told me not to point my finger at her. My finger was not pointed but I was moving my hands in front of me. She was very unprofessional, very rude, very inappropriate and told us to schedule an appointment and left. She said she had to go downstairs to take care of something. She left. It was lunch time. She more than likely went to lunch. She needs to be reprimanded and I am also going to send a register letter of complaint in her HR file to document how she behaved and how inappropriate she was. I had just moved from another state and needed a new GYN. Immediately when I see the doctor, she states that I should get an IUD as a better form of birth control since I have had issues with others. I stated that i was very hesitant due to the associated pain of the procedure. She basically diminished my feelings and then fear mongered me by saying "Well I guess it's up to how much you don't wanna get pregnant!". Furthermore, as she was doing the physical, she did not say a word and did my exam without giving any warning or narrating as she poked and prodded or even did the pap smear. The whole interaction made me incredibly uncomfortable; I will not be going back again.

I'm honestly disgusted another human, let alone a doctor, can make someone feel that way. She also had to wait an hour for Dr. King to come in after receiving bad news about her pregnancy from the nurse... awful.
