I went into Spare parts to purchase some part for my holden Barina 2010.
After spending over $150 I asked the customer service officer giving me the parts to give me some quotes on a Audi R8 body panels and Windscreen, I explained to the man that I was shopping around trying to get the best price I could as the parts were quite expensive. The response i got from the man shocked me, "So basically Im just wasting my time". I explained to the man no Im asking you for a quote so I can determine whether you are cheaper, if thats the case I will purchase through you. The man replied, but you've already told me that you are going to get prices from elsewhere, and he continued to argue and explain that he is wasting his time.
After having purchased $150 worth of parts the man did not have the right attitude towards me. If he could change his mind set/ attitude about giving a customer a quote people may even purchase from him even if they were more expensive. I requested a print out of all the items i wanted a price for but the man refused and said "I not going to give you a print out or Part numbers", again I felt like I was been treated like child. I didnt bother to argue I took my parts and left in disgust. read more
