Terrible experience - would never trust again!! Rang and ordered a specific, in demand, watch for a christmas present and they confirmed 3 were on order and expected by end of the following week. and that one would be on reserve for me. Sounded very confident and so I put my faith and trust in Atkinson's and didn't try to source elsewhere. Rang the day before due in to check on progress and spoke to the owner. She told me only 2 were due but one was already paid for. I explained someone had promised to hold one for me, she said she would mark that on the board. Slightly concerned I called in 1st thing Friday morning the 22nd when I was told that 2 were due in but both were sold and paid for!!! I had no apology, just told that supplier had let them down. Lousy communication, they either don't speak to each other or just make it up as they go along. I only wish I had NOT put my faith and trust in them and sourced the watch elsewhere.
