I recommend checking and getting a spot in advanced if you're arriving during busy times. There aren't special charging stations, so it might be hard to get a spot near a wall charger if it's busy. I recommend charging devices in advanced. The menu has a variety of Mexican and non-Mexican options with accommodations for those who are vegan, vegetarian or have meat restrictions. There's something everyone can eat on the complimentary menu. There is also an extensive drink menu (2 pages!) and a food menu for those who want something a little more fancy than the complimentary offerings. Everything is prepared efficiently, so don't expect the best of the best. But it was heaven for me at 5am after a sleepless night. Free drinks most certainly come from bottles. The mango juice tasted like Jumex. Nostalgic! And it's free - I have no complaints. The staff forgot to bring water but I don't blame them a single bit since they're busy. There is a self service counter for fruits and yogurt in the morning. It's ok - not the freshest. The Enfrijoladas were decent. The sauce was a bit too thin and didn't stick well to the tortilla and chicken. I wished I had a spoon. They're filled with soft, shredded chicken. I was surprised to feel a slight tang from the sauce. The chorizo was dry but flavorful so not entirely unpleasant. Overall a delicious meal. The chilaquiles are also delicious, albeit a bit salty for me. I love that they're customizable. Unfortunately my partner succumbed to the will of Montezuma's vengeful spirit while I was ordering our food so they were barely touched. :( I felt guilty to order from the staff members. They're already tired and overworked with maintaining the area, so I'd prefer a digital ordering system to help ease their burdens, or at least self serve beverages so they don't have to prepare the drinks that are already free. Is this a lounge I would pay to get into? Probably not. But for priority pass or other card holders who can get in for free, it's a gem! Overall I enjoyed my stay and can't wait to be back next time I depart from Mexico City!

We had to order the food at the bar. (Priority Pass gives you one main dish per person and one drink per person. Other items on the menu are separately charged as noted.) I don't have a strong urge to come back. I'd rather check out other lounges if I'm back in Mexico City airport.
