When we arrived, we were told that massages needed to be reserved 24 hours in advance. That wasn't made clear to us on the website when we purchased our access, so that was disappointing right off the bat.
After checking in, no one explained what amenities were available, where anything was located, or what we were supposed to do. We basically sat there waiting for some direction while watching the staff figure out who was going to help us. The lounge itself was also much smaller than I expected, and the service--especially toward the back of the lounge--was pretty nonexistent.
We actually already had access to the American Airlines lounge but decided to pay extra for The Grand Lounge because we thought it would be a better experience. Unfortunately, I regret spending the extra money.
If you do decide to come here, double-check exactly which lounge you're booking. Apparently, the space-themed lounge/area needs to be reserved in advance, otherwise you may end up in the regular lounge toward the back like we did.
Overall, the experience was extremely underwhelming for something we specifically paid to upgrade to. Save your money and choose a different lounge.
