She assisted in helping me switch the Waterfords comforter for my fathers and arranging the bed pillows. The maintenance man moved furniture out to accommodate my fathers walker the day he moved into his respite plus an employee during her break went home for a comforter, my sister stayed the night having to acclimate my father to his new surroundings. The Facility Check in System is one of the best for guests as it prints photo passes for all visitors and houses a Covid screening questionnaire. This is one of the more pleasant environments we've seen for my father. I can't say enough good things about this place, how effectively it is managed by Adrienne West and her team, how beautifully decorated . . . and how I'm treated like family although I'm the "daughter". The care team was excellent and supported my mom well past the time other places might have suggested she go into a nursing home with her Alzheimers. And to add to that - I live in California and they were constantly in touch with me to keep me in touch with anything and everything going on with my mom, far beyond their responsibility as a retirement home - because its NOT a nursing home.
