Not only were they incredibly unprofessional in the beginning (had to reschedule twice and showed up HOURS late when they finally arrived) but they incorrectly diagnosed the system. Basically, they said one thing needed to be done and the sellers ended up paying for this job at closing, but when this job was performed after closing it was determined that more work actually needed to be done, which ended up costing me several hundred dollars. A year and a half goes by and all of the sudden I notice a black puddle above ground where the septic tank goes along with a rancid smell. I had them come back out to look at it and it was determined that the septic tank pump needed to be replaced, so they charged me $2,500 for that. Just a few months later, I walk outside and my entire septic tank is floating above ground! I call the company and they said they'll have someone right out to look at it. THREE DAYS LATER.... someone finally comes to look at it when I'm not at home and they didn't even tell me they came. When I called today to see what the update was, they were like " Yeah, we don't know what happened, we've never seen this before.... but we can fix it for $2,500." I told the owner Jonathan ( sour, unprofessional man) that this should be their responsibility to fix at their own costs he started yelling and cussing at me and then hung up the phone like a child! Do not give this company a penny!

They told us to call for plans from health department. The Heath department will eventually send us plans , if they find them, but not today. So $150.00 for them to come out.
