Our instructor was lovely and really knew her yoga. They provide free use of all the supplies that you could need for their class including mats, blocks, blankets, and other items as well. Everything in the facility is sparkling clean and very nice, there are cubbies for you to put your items into outside the studio. There are no mirrors in the studio, which I like! Overall this is a great spot and we would go back next time we are in Poulsbo. They don't have many yelp reviews but they are a five star place for sure!

They're super inclusive, and even they make even the more advanced classes accessible for newbies. It's also really well run on the back end. Thrive has the most amazing instructors who truly care about each and every one of their members and are so welcoming, and you can tell they are so passionate about teaching the practice of yoga! I've taken classes with Aspen, Carolina, Alex, Laura, Iza and Will and they've all been kind, generous teachers. The community at the studio is great- classmates are welcoming and friendly. The studio is clean and mats are spaced in a way that gives everyone enough room. I love that the studio offers special events like yoga Nidra with Carolina, and Kundalini and Sound Baths with Aspen Rose.
