The front desk attendant was there and in charge of watching the studio and supervising the unlocked cubbies where clients are asked to leave their belongings. The police were called at our insistence. The owner was unapologetic. **when we arrived to check in at class the front desk employee was sitting down outside of the front desk area talking to the two ladies who then robbed us. She never went to the front desk to check us in. We just walked into the class and then she stood up from hanging out w the two ladies that robbed us and said -- oh, are you "first name", ok go in. Do not leave any of your personal belongings outside of the class area. It's not secure. BE CAREFUL!!!

With one friend who loves barre, my husband and I thought it would be fun to take barre classes with her. While we've all tried barre before, none of us have tried it with Barre3. The three of us purchased the intro special of three classes for $30! Perfect for our six day stay. We were able to book classes every other day, including Thanksgiving day, and experienced a different instructor each day. We had trouble laughing in the days in between class, because our cores were sore. Who knew there were so many muscles in the rib?! Friendly staff, great instructors, and clean facilities. No showers, but there are two private restrooms with towels and toiletries to clean up a bit. As with many barre facilities, it's female-focused, but there are amenities for men. My husband was very comfortable here. We'll be moving to NOLA next year. Nice to have a studio we both love!

The workout was exactly what I needed while on vacation as a break from eating! There's plenty of parking available in the plaza and TBC is located right above Snap Fitness. I'm a regular at Barre Code in CA and this just felt like home away from the home studio.

She gave everyone a discount code to try a class free at their studio so I thought I'd give their studio a try. I made an account online and scheduling/ checking out was super easy. They do have a 2hr cancellation policy, after which they will charge you. Price wise, Barre Code is more affordable than its competitors, Barre3 and PureBarre. They have a new member package that is $89 for a month of unlimited classes which I think is superb and you can try a class for free using a discount code. Parking was tough on Harrison and the studio itself is on the second floor so it was a little hard to find. Once inside, the studio was immaculate, clean, and welcoming. The receptionist was very nice and helped me check in. They have spacious bathrooms, a childcare area, lockers, a changing room (which doubles as a mother's room!), and even a nice vanity for freshening up. Towel rental and bottles of water are available for purchase for $1. Kelley was there greeting students and even remembered meeting me. The class itself was great- high energy, challenging, and I'm confident that I will see results. There were around 10 people in my class and my instructor, Marissa, was very down to earth, encouraging, and attentive. There are 3 levels of class difficulty- Barre Code, TBC (total body conditioning), and HIIT. There are also 2 classes on the weekends - HIIT and Barre restore that focus on stretching and recovery.
