All shoes I've bought here have held up wonderfully and are super comfortable. The reason I rave about this company though is the customer service I received while making an international shipping order from their website. They were able to deliver to a tiny hotel in Lake Como, Italy, within a relatively limited time frame. They even called the hotel to ensure the package arrived when they couldn't reach me by cell phone. I couldn't be more grateful for their diligence.

This factory knows how to make quality shoes as all these are made with such care and attention to detail I have never seen elsewhere. Too bad they didn't take part on the sales as their rival Matches did located on the very same street and I ended up getting my shoes from there with a very decent discount. Pinner Clarks is a smaller shop than the one in Harrow but it is still a great place for getting kids school shoes. There is a good selection of shoes and the staff are well trained. The shop is comfortable and child friendly. The beauty of visiting this branch over the Harrow branch is that it is very quiet and it is possible to walk in and get served straight away. The staff are patient with the children and are prepared to take time over the fitting.
