The staff have come across as uninterested and less than friendly each time I've visited. I initially assumed it was just an off day, but after multiple visits with the same experience, it started to feel like the norm. Eventually, I stopped going because the lack of warmth felt off-putting and didn't align with the whole "Treat People With Kindness" vibe the place seems to want to promote.
