My interview with the nurse was quick, efficient, and easy. The x-ray tech was there pronto, was pleasant and fun, and very quickly did the x-rays. Immediately thereafter the doctor came in with his fellow, was direct but easy and right to the point. "What can we do to help you today?" After a thorough and consultative exam, an explanation to me about what he thought was going on, a resolution was forthcoming immediately. Directly thereafter the nurse was back, efficiently showed me the exercises I needed to do, and sent me to check out. Check out was immediate and pleasant, and I was in the elevator before I knew what hit me. I know I've used the word immediate repeatedly in this review, however it must be pointed out that my opinion is this not a word associated with your average doctor visit. Particularly not when you're in your patient which I was in this circumstance. I was in and out in one hour which is incredible for new patient visit. AND they were nice about it!

This is a truly exceptional place…read more I tore my MCL four months back, and as a runner, it completely destroyed me and my whole life. I felt like I had no hope. I was walking home from the bus station one day and saw this place. I figured, why not call? What's to lose? They immediately were so kind, took my insurance, helped me. My PT, Dahne, is absolutely incredible. She has helped me go from barely being able to walk, to being able to climb Katahdin and run seven miles. She has listened to my goals and helped me achieve them- and it's hard work, but she pushes me and teaches me about how strong our bodies can be. I have never met another person that has inspired me so much in my fitness journey. I am so, so grateful for her. I'm still healing- MCL still gets spicy- and I'm so glad I have Dahne to help me. Being a chubby girl with an injury is embarrassing. But I never feel judged here. I cannot recommend enough.

Everyone from Sunny the patient care coordinator who is so quick to respond to any question to my amazing PT Liz to the other staff and patients, they're all kind, patient and use the most insanely cool high tech equipment. Seriously I felt like they could have rebuilt Steve Austin the six million dollar man, they definitely have the technology... :) I also love that you can check in when you arrive with your phone, very cool.

My primary doctor at Intermed suggested I go here because I have 'hammer toe' with a corn on left…read morefoot, and (as shown through an X-ray) metatarsal arthritis and bunions on right foot. I really don't know much about these conditions, but the right foot has very bad pain. PCP thought this place could answer ?'s and treat the corn. Office is immaculate, well designed and sunny. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Juris came into the room (no customary knock like other practices - kind of struck me, but, oh well...) he was pleasant. He did not physically examine my foot...Just looked at where I pointed and where I said I had pain. He spent - at the most - 10 minutes (1 of which was me walking in hall for him to look at arch). I had to ask him to return to room to answer another unanswered ?, and still, I felt as if my foot issues were regarded as common conditions for him, but guess what, they are NOT, for me. Thus, a little more of an organized discussion with the patient, and more explaining of the conditions should have occurred. Instead I felt like I was pulling teeth to grasp an understanding of 'why' these conditions happened. When I asked if a little toe brace (not sure of name, but they go on hammer toes to relieve the scrunch of the toe) would help, he just brushed it off, said no, and dismissed without engaging in why or what ....Very upsetting experience, and a $40.00 co-pay just thrown out the window. Oh, I even brought my Hoka sneakers with me to show him what I wear sometimes, but nothing seemed to be able to engage him in what would help me. He recommended the office's Arch Supports $50.00. I said I'd go through my health plan to find. Too bad, I was so optimistic that I'd get some answers ...
