The work was sub-standard, and the tee shirts had crease lines even as we brought them home. One of my wife's dress and one of my shirts were so badly done it looked like they just missed them in the lot. I took back a smaller lot to show them and was met with the rudest behaviour I have seen for a while from behind the counter. Actual quotes, delivered very rudely: - "This dress should be dry cleaned, this is as much we can do." - "You were the ones who didn't want the tee shirts on a hangar, how can you complain now?" (well I did tell them no need to waster hangers, but then I didn't know they were worse than me in folding clothes. And that doesn't excuse the rudeness anyway) - "This shirt is ironed so bad, it is not my work." (not sure what he meant, looked like he was suggesting I was trying to sneak in a fresh shirt to be ironed. Some scam idea!) I am taking my business elsewhere, I suggest you do the same. Plenty of options in the area.

We are staying near Earl's Court and Gloucester Road stations and were looking for a place to do…read moreabout a week's worth of laundry for two people. Many of the local places had few or mixed reviews and we were hoping to not have to go very far out of the way. It took 20 minutes and £10 for a large washer to wash all of our clothes and £5 for 40 minutes in the dryer (recommended by the helpful staff). I felt this was a fair price as many other reviews locally listed excessive pricing as a concern. I felt at ease; it wasn't too busy on a summer Friday afternoon and we popped down the street to have a coffee while we waited. Baskets available for convenience inside. Would recommend for other travellers.

These shirts went into the washer with zero stains and now two of them are ruined. I'm sure most people don't have this problem but I would be careful using their machines. Luckily the shirts aren't white but that still doesn't take away from the fact that the stains are very much obvious. They will not be receiving my business again.
