Hi- we were in Oslo for a conference and wanted a couple of nights away from the kids. We used this service in our hotel for a 5 year old and a baby. The babysitter they found was really great and we can't complain about the service. You pay the sitter directly at the end of the evening. However the administration should recognize the differences in banking systems between Norway and other countries. They want you to wire them a fee which is about 65 bucks. Banks charge a hefty fee for this. There is no option to pay with a card over Paypal etc. The other problem is their emails seem to be coded as spam so end up in the junk folder. They need to fix these problems and have you pay the fee upfront before the sitter arrives in a 21st century payment method. read more
