It's nice that the proceeds of the sales go to those with developmental disabilities. It makes you feel like you are shopping with another purpose in mind other than what you might need. I thought the prices were reasonable on the items and most things were clean and ready to be used. During my visit I always look for things that I know others might like as presents, such as vintage glassware or goofy art sayings or just funny stuff that can't be found anywhere else. It's nice to give a gift when you know the person will absolutely love it and say where did you get it and you can say --- a treasure hunt. I am sure you can always leave a little donation if you don't buy anything since the cause is so amazing.

Now for some that will visit this place they will only see tossed away garbage or in other words "junk", and at first glance that is what you see. A sea of glass ware and plates around the yard, signs and outdoor toilets of humor, but if you look deep you see more...you see creativity. What others have thrown away, the sisters have recycled into pieces of art. Whether it be an old barbecue which is now a planter or old pots and pans which have become wind chimes. So many things to see, I could no take enough pictures of everything. Nothing go to waste. Inside, you will find more items less embellished, so if you like less crafty things the inside items might be for you. Please visit here with an open mind. This is not junk. I said why are you taking this away my car is right here! No she said. Nothing goes out that door that you came in after you buy it! I have to take my car to the pickup place to the back of store! Ok I said and she gave me the ticket to pay FULL PRICE and drive to the back if the store! I drove back to pick up my table top rolling cabnit! They took my pay ticket from me and left with no item to go home with! Then someone came and told me to move my car and go park somewhere else! I said no im waiting on my item I purched! He said I was blocking his drivway! I then get out of my car to see what was going on! The manager said ok we have your item! So that same person told me to move brought my item out on rolling carts and my item had rolling wheels to! He dumped the whole table over and busted it in 3 places! Now the manager comes out and said it was all my fault and no refund's because I was suposed to know that I needed to purches a loading ticket so they were not responsible for damage of loading it! I am almost 70 with major disabilities of lifting things! I was mortified at how they damaged my item and aurgued it was my fault for all they did! My out of State guest I took their was mortified at the treatment we all received and now I had no refunds for them being deceiving and carelessly breaking and busted up my purchase! THIS IS NOT OK!

The store is located in a shopping center with lots of parking right out front. Inside there's a lot of merchandise -- all well organized by category. They have furniture as well as all sorts of household items and bric a brac. We found a few things here worth lugging back in the car. They don't have any clothes here, but they have a separate store at the other end of the center, that specializes in clothes. Put this in your thrift store list. It's well worth a stop.

But the place is more of a collection of artisan offerings -- each with their own area -- of everything from jewelry to painted signs, gifts and tourist things. Housewares to home decor; bric a brac to collectibles. Handmade and custom creations. The staff is quite nice. The store is fun to browse. And the kind of place to look for a unique gift for that someone who has everything.

I'm not even an "animal person", but you can't help but be enchanted. Inside the thrift store is a little touch of everything that is artfully arranged. China and bric a brac and artworks; some jewelry and books; housewares too. Not a whole lot of each category. But certainly enough to interest browsing.
