When I called your company this morning, I was met by a man with a belligerent tone and told my request wasn't worth his time. When I tried to explain my situation (an irresponsible driver hit my lawn and took out a tree and three shrubs) I was rudely interrupted and told, "you're just looking money. I'm going to say a hard pass on your request," and hung up on me. Unprofessional and repugnant behavior. Do better BJ Tree Service and train people how to triage a call. Accepting the estimate and paying the deposit couldn't have been easier. The 4 guys who came to do the work shortly thereafter walked the property with us and were careful to understand exactly what we wanted. They were knowledgeable and professional. They came out the next day, on a Sunday! and gave us a quote for the tree - cut it down, haul it away and grind the stump. They showed up in the afternoon on Tuesday and the tree was gone within 30 minutes, they cleaned up all the debris, tossed it on the truck and away they went after chatting for a few and enjoying some cold water. They came back a week later and ground down the stump and make the area look amazing! Super happy they worked with us to get this task done while we were visiting and made the area look perfect after the job was done. Will def call them again when we need more trees removed!

The communication between me, as the client, with office staff and the workers went without a blip. Brian Vaughn informed me of some promotions that the company posted on Facebook that I had not been aware of.
