They are located on the 4th floor, right off the elevator...seriously, when you get off the elevator you are basically in their lobby! Our closing Attorney was Carter. He was helpful, efficient, knowledgeable and overall pleasant to deal with. I feel we waited in the lobby for the closing to begin (lender delay) longer than we actually took to sign everything. From entry to exit, the receptionist as well as Carter were accommodating and friendly, making sure myself and my clients had what we needed, and offered drinks throughout our visit. Overall, my dealing with this office was a great one. I am happy to have the connection in the industry now and look forward to working with them again!

He did not understand her wishes and when asked to change the will and quick deed the house to her son he looked at us and said, "Well I guess you get to have your cake and eat it too." ??? Then he removes my husband as executor and makes his sister executrix and basically said everything else belonged to her so then we are in a fight with her. I believe he mishandled her will purposely so we would have to go to probate and he could make more money. Do not go to him, he is rude and arrogant.

I was told as soon as Dekalb could confirm that the bill was paid, I would be sent a refund. Needless to say I can't even get anyone to confirm that this was done. I spoke with CHRISTIAN on several occasions who informed me that I needed to speak with Nicole. I then left several messages for Nicole who NEVER returned my calls. Finally after a week of calling & leaving messages I was told by CHRISTIAN in a very nasty, unprofessional voice that I needed to speak with someone else. I asked her why she was just informing me that I needed to speak with someone else a week later, her response was "that's who you need to speak with & she works remote", then she hung up on me. I called back only for someone named Addie to send me to the attorney's voicemail. I respectfully left a message on the attorneys voicemail in hopes that she would call back. I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!! I will also be filing several complaints with the BBB & anyone else I can. This is unacceptable...I will not let this matter go unanswered. I need an apology from CHRISTIAN the employee that was so rude & nasty. This is not how you talk to clients!!

In theory, one of the things he was paid to do was verify the deed and property lines...a task which he completely failed to do! - Almost a month after closing on the house we found ourselves involved in a property dispute and ONLY THEN did we discover that our property lines ARE NOT what where we were told they were when we closed... 20 days AFTER closing David gave us the Corrective Deed and asks us to re-initial all of the closing documents since he "...had now informed us..." of the true property line. The kicker to all of this...it was the SERVEYOR who we hired to mark our property lines that made DAVID aware of the Corrective Deed! It was the SERVEYOR who asked DAVID if we knew about the change in property line! Apparently, David never checked the county records. ...whatever you do, DO NOT count on David!
