It truly was disappointing, and even more infuriating, because Keem & his team are friendly people and you feel like you have built a relationship with them until you cancel your membership and continue to be charged -- then, all the friendliness and communication goes out the window. To recap my issue, I was charged for 2 months of service that went unused. Only 1 month was refunded by my bank because it was within the statute of limitations; the other charge could only be refunded if the business made the decision to, and, well, I could not even get in contact with Keem. If the business truly cared about resolving or understanding the issues at hand, one of my many phone calls, texts, or emails would have been responded to rather than leaving generic comments on my reviews. As a previous reviewer stated, find a more reputable trainer that functions in a professional manner. From my experience, Coach Keem does not function this way. Please don't utilize this service unless you can afford to lose money and deal with unnecessary stress.

As time went on, he became less and less attentive to the point where he would spend the majority of my sessions glued to his phone. I commented on it a couple times, but nothing changed. A few months after I started training there, I faced some mental health obstacles and stopped coming to the gym as a result. After having been extremely consistent leading up to that point, I would have thought he would check in on me to make sure I was okay, but he did not. He also allowed my auto-pay to continue for two months in my absence and without my knowledge. Upon joining the gym, I signed an auto-payment agreement (which admittedly, i did not read!) but I asked him in person if I would pay on the same day every month regardless of my attendance and he said "no, all sessions are tracked in my notebook and you won't pay if you're not coming." So, I obviously took his word for it and didn't realize I needed to cancel the autopay when I took a break from going to the gym. I did not noticed the charges until two months had passed, which amounts to ~$700. I reached out to Coach Keem to ask for a refund considering he had misinformed me regarding the payment policy to my face, but he enforced his "no refunds/no transfers" cancellation policy. I later reached out a second time, hoping he might reconsider the exception I was requesting, but was unable to actually get in contact with Coach Keem himself and was instead met with sarcasm and unprofessionalism from his wife, who helps run the business now (see screenshots attached.) They did advise me that I was welcome to come use my 22 session credits, but I have no interest in working out with a trainer who focuses more on his phone than his clients and who lacks compassion and understanding in the face of mental health challenges.

You're not just dollar signs to them, but a member of the F.F.F. family. Everyone is there for the same reason, to better their health. The atmosphere is addictive. Everyone pushes one another to push past what you thought you could do and you end up doing things you never imagined you would be able to do. I refuse to go anywhere else. Thank you, Freedom Fitness Facility, for all you have, all you are doing, and all we are going to do to meet my goals.

Walking in the building, I feel myself relaxing. The staff is extremely attentive and helpful. The sauna room (my favorite is calm - pictured) is so inviting and offers a beautiful, private experience. I wasn't sure about sauna at first, but the infrared sauna is a dry heat and very breathable (compared to the steam sauna which is not my favorite). I refer everyone interested in trying sauna or the salt room here. They are not pushy or sales-y. The team is very knowledgeable and helps direct you when you have questions. Just lovely people to work with. Something to remember with the sauna and salt room - big changes take time. The first session or two might show minimal results. But like most good things in life, if you stick with it over a period of time, big things happen! If you try it and like it, the unlimited monthly options are a steal!
