If I could give this office negative stars, I certainly would. To start- they lock their doors…read morefrom 12-1:00. My appointment was at 1:00 and they didn't open the doors until 1:10. They even walked by the doors and saw me standing there waiting. I let that go. When I met with the Dr., I felt rushed and judged. She did not even sit down to answer all of my questions about my new, scary diagnosis. Brushed me off. Prescribed bloodwork and then said she'd call me with a treatment plan. Bloodwork came back- she did't call. I had to call the office to ask her to call me back. Once she did- we came up with a treatment plan. I have now been waiting over TWO weeks for her to call in that script as discussed in the treatment plan!!!! I have called the office 3 times and even stopped in one day to ask what was going on. The receptionist response...I don't see any note of that in your chart. ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? We discussed this and I've been waiting to start treatment. Total disregard for patients. Absolutely unprofessional and negligent. Made appointment with new endocrinologist. NEVER going back here.

I am so sick of the office help it's unbelieveable. They never answer the phone and when they do,…read morethey are short, condescending and downright rude. I called about an issue I was having with a prescription and she told me it was taken care of, a call back to the pharmacy and I learn that it was not. I call back, I'm on hold for 9 minutes and she insists that they don't communicate with my pharmacy when fifteen minutes ago they did. The Doctor I was seeing is retiring, and that's another story but I am so through them.

Dr Toth moved to her own office location about 2 years ago! This was a great change for her! However I will say - they are still unorganized. I showed up for my ultrasound and was told they forgot to put me in the book! So I sat and waited for 30 mins for an ultrasound tech to arrive. Her office location is on the 3 floor of a medical building in cranberry Pennsylvania. While the building is old - her office has 2 treatment rooms and plenty of seating for patients! Dr Toth is friendly and takes her time with each patient to provide each with her undivided attention! I'll continue to go in hopes that the front office situation continues to improve! Had another appointment at this location this week - waited for 2 HOURS!!!!!!!!! Before I was even taken back to the room!! This is absolutely ridiculous!!!!

I have been going to going to the office in cranberry Pa for many years. Toth has TERRIBLE manners, if you gain any weight she will point it out so fast to make you feel bad about it. I have left that office many times in tears from the way she has talked down to me. Apparently if you have a hormone imbalance and still gain weight it's your fault for not eating right/ less and moving your body- even if you already are doing those thing. I've waited upwards of two hours (ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS) to just be seen for an appointment- because she wasn't even in the building yet!! Today was the last straw. After having to cancel my previous appointment I called back to reschedule (last week) - the conversation on the phone with the women who answered the call was short. I made sure to ask about needing fasted bloodwork and I was told I can get it done within the week , just in time for my appointment 4 days later. Fast forward- I got the fasted bloodwork and made it to the office a few days later. I called the office 10 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment stating I may be a few minutes late due to traffic, I was told that is okay. I got there, put my name on the list as usual and sat there for another 30 minutes. I get called up to the glass because "I didn't have a scheduled appointment today" and "I wasn't on the schedule" "I don't know who you talked to on the phone but you aren't on the schedule" I was shocked. I told the women at the desk I already got blood work (WHICH YOU CAN ONLY GET IF THE BLOODWORK IS ORDERED FOR AN APPOINTMENT) and she said " we can use that blood work for the next appointment, the next appointment is maybe Monday, we don't have time for you today" - you can't use a past fasted blood draw to determine if my medication needs changed. I would need an updated fasted blood draw for a new appointment. My medication hasn't been changed in many years even though my symptoms have changed / worsened, I just get told I need to loose weight. The office is a mess with files and papers everywhere. The women at the desk aren't very nice or helpful. I walked out incredibly frustrated. I will be finding a new endocrinologist as soon as I can and I'm so sorry to myself for not switching doctors a long time ago. I hope if you've read this far and you've been considering dumping Eva Toth (and her nurses) for a different doctor, this is your sign.
