The instructions posted outside the building said to text a number to check in, so I did, but never received any automated response or acknowledgment. When it was time for my appointment, I sent another text, called the number, and waited outside the door, yet no one responded. While trying to figure out what was going on, I noticed a couple walk into the shop. A male employee was speaking with them and could clearly see me standing outside the glass, but made no effort to acknowledge or assist me. After waiting and attempting multiple ways to make contact, I was completely ignored. Overall, the experience was very unprofessional and disappointing. Based on my experience, I'm genuinely surprised by the high rating this place has received.
