For those afraid the waxing will "hurt", it's not super comfortable, but Nichole puts you right at ease and does her very best to make it as comfortable as possible. The lady at the drive through was absolutely horrible. She spoke down to me and was very dismissive. She asked for my last name and then went and grabbed a prescription. She was ready to give it to me and then I stopped her because it was the wrong prescription and not mine. After all that, they didn't even have my prescriptions. My doctor was immediately blamed. It was definitely not his fault and that was established. I called today and spoke with Octavia and she was able to fix everything. Turns out, even if there are still refills remaining, Walgreens policy is not to refill if the prescription is over 120 days!!! That is the dumbest thing I have ever heard. The other problem is that they don't communicate this, they just don't fill it. When I called and spoke with the store manager about another issue, her response "You finally got your prescription so I don't know what you want me to do?" Well, I would want to know if my employees are not doing their job so that it can be addressed by YOU!
