This is a fun way to enjoy a dinner on the water! This is a large 3 level boat with adequate air conditioning on 2 levels, the bar is open right when you step foot on the boat (a little pricey) the DJ/ entertainer was amazing and started playing as you stepped on the boat and was also your tour guide. There is a large dance floor for shagging, dancing and line dancing. The food is served buffet style in shifts so there is minimum waiting. The food is is not fancy but very good, chicken and barbecue, green beans and mashed potatoes and includes a salad as well with some amazing dinner roles. You see some nice houses along the way including a couple famous people (I won't spoil it) this is an excellent deal for wait you pay for it! Don't expect fine dining and lush amenities, wear casual clothes and talk to some strangers and enjoy the 2 hour boat ride, well worth it!

Eating, relaxing. Just like at grandmas.

Come expecting your great grandma's food and some "home feel" hospitality. What most people expect for $40 these days is outrageous, and I suspect, the reason for all the bad reviews. I own a boat and know how much it costs to operate including gas and insurance. What they are offering here is really a good deal. My boyfriend and I both loved the pulled pork. The salad had several dressing options. The vanilla pudding was delicious. If you come expecting what you pay for, you will be impressed. If you come expecting a ruth chris steak house and a red carpet....well, you're aboard the wrong boat. A little rednecky but super fun. All you can eat. Cheap bar. I'm in!!

I went on the 2-hour evening dinner cruise with my family. I actually enjoyed it. The captain was talkative and funny. I think it was a bit too pricy for what we were getting. The buffet had salad, muffins, grilled chicken, string beans, and pulled pork. Not much of a buffet and the sights were pretty but it was mostly houses. On the 1st floor the music was too loud and it was hard to hear anything. The dessert was okay. (Pudding) But overall it was a fun ride.

This was the best from the food, to the music, to the view. I felt very appreciated on this boat.

Food was not good. Canned beans- canned vanilla pudding. Need I say more? Cruise was ok. Wish the food was better!

We truly enjoyed our experience on the Barefoot Queen Paddle Boat. The people who work for this…read morecompany from where you check in to the servers on the boat where very friendly and helpful. The Captain greeted you as you boardedthe boat with a friendly smile. I have to say Adriana and the bartender downstairs Daniela where great. I found the food to be delicious and tender. They call you up by table to the buffet setup but they serve it to you. 1st the food was hot not warm. The rice dish with pieces of chicken, sausage was seasoned just right. The pork tenderloin was so tender it almost melted in your mouth. The potatoes were good and the carrots nice and tender. The atmosphere was relaxing. The Paddle Boat is nice and clean, even the bathrooms. I found the seats comfortable too. I have added a few pictures for you to see. I highly recommend this experience

Had tickets for the Barefoot River Cruise on Friday May 8th 2026, and went with a group of people,…read moreand we were also celebrating a birthday. Before I continue, here are some tips: 1. Leave early, we were stuck at the drawbridge for a while, and that can back up the experience. 2. parking- there are two parking areas, and one also has a shuttle that comes, but the cruise itself was near a restaurant and could have parked there maybe. In our experience also, we were the first ones there, and had to call riverboat cruises to unlock the gate, who did so polietely. 3. I personally don't like cruises because I get seasick, but take dramadine and that helps. 4. if you park in the parking lot with the shuttle, be aware that there are no bathrooms around and would have to go to one of the busineses we passed. had to pee, and used the convience store to use the restroom after looking in the hotel or housing area. Maybe there should be a porter potty around or something? Shuttle ride was quick and comfortable, and that took us to the dock. Captain boarded with a friendly smile. Boat was somewhat easy to board. There is both a lower and upper deck. My party went to the lower deck, but the upper deck had live music, and a narrator named Les. As we started the cruise, Les gave us some fun facts about the area and sang songs, mostly 60's, 70;s songs. And he mentioned about my dad's birthday! There was also a dinner buffet, where tables are called via table and is served chicken bog, pork, and carrots. On tables beforehand were salads, and for dessert chocolate tender cupcakes. Food was actually good, and enjoyed the chicken bog, as well as the chocolate cupcake. Bartender was friendly, and remembered that I ordered a shirley temple. Loved the views of local businesses, like the backyard restaurant, and loved seeing the nature and area with big houses by the water. Overall, it was a nice little fun experience, and may do this again if we have guests!
