Hospitalist responsibilities seem similar to an RN: manage your diagnosis, coordinate with specialists, order tests, and direct your discharge plan. MED SPAs are often not qualified and need minimal qualifications - watch docs on it. Do your research first. Look at before and after images for consistent results before having anyone touch your face.

The only way I could still get the $10-per-unit price was if I switched to a different product than the one I originally signed up for and preferred. They sprung this on me the morning of my last appointment. When I told them I didn't want the other product and was willing to pay extra for the Botox I preferred, they told me they were out of stock and hadn't received their shipment that morning. At this point, I was so irritated and I decided that I was never gonna come back again and I never did. At my first appointment, they completely messed up my mouth and then tried to gaslight me into believing it was something I had done in my sleep, rather than admitting they had injected the wrong muscle, which made my mouth completely crooked. By my last appointment--when they had already lost my trust--they ended up botching my forehead as well. I had to go to a different place in Calabasas to have it fixed. The staff is really sweet, and I wish them the best, but they need more training or should work somewhere more professional where they can learn to inject properly and not scam people. Do not go here.

I walked in & asked if they had time for a pedicure, the employee looked me up and down before telling me they wouldn't have anyone available until 4pm I understand if you're booked & if the sign had said appointments only, I wouldn't have went in. What bothered me was the way I was looked over & the dismissive way I was spoken to. It felt rude & made me feel unwelcome. I normally look very put together, but it was Sunday morning and I was running around trying to get things done. Regardless of how a customer happens to look when they walk in, everyone deserves to be treated courteously. I simply expected a friendly response, especially from a business advertising that walk-ins are welcome.

I am going on a trip tomorrow and decided I wanted to pay to get them professionally done for the occasion to treat myself. This was a very good reminder of why I do them myself now... The nail tech was nice and worked quickly... too quickly. They didn't trim my cuticles or the skin around my nails. I asked for an ombré nail design, which is shown on their menu and provided a picture of the exact colors I wanted. Another nail tech came and took my phone to pick colors out and just started painting them on some of my nails before the original tech had even put gel on them. It was very odd... the second tech was rushing the first and was honestly doing a sloppy job. The color ended up being super off.. it was a Christmas tree green instead of a blue- teal color. I don't blame her for that, the bottle looked like a different color than the paint. They were also streaky and completely see-through. She asked if I liked them and I told her those things, and she told me the reference picture was see through too (which it was not-I added the reference) but she still redid them which I appreciated. I picked the new color myself, which matched the reference pic more and also wasn't see-through which was way better. The airbrush was having issues, which I could tell was super frustrating to them which sucks. But they just seemed to not really know how to do it very well. They finished and rushed me out quickly without cleaning any of the gel of my skin. With airbrush they usually wipe the paint off the skin before curing it so this doesn't happen. Now it's been a real pain to try to get off. They also did not clean up the sides of my nails, which were all jagged. I had to do a full nail clean up when I got home. Thankfully I have all the stuff at home to do that. The only reason for 3-stars is that the gel x nails are properly applied and should last. Overall I was not impressed. As a new client who is paying good money (and extra for a nail design) I expect some level of care. Also now knowing how to do a proper gel manicure, it's so obvious when they cut corners and rush (no nail/cuticle prep or clean up, only one layer of paint). And maybe don't offer a service (ombré) if you aren't confident in it or don't have properly working equipment. I wanted to do something nice for myself but ended up having more of a headache in the end, and had to pay my hard earned money for that headache.

Absolutely love this place! I bought a mineral body wrap and scheduled my appointment the next week. When I arrived the staff was so friendly and accommodating. Debbie is definitely a pro and so knowledgeable about her wraps. The wrapping process took about 10 minutes and they walk you through the entire process. Then they sit you in a room on a relaxing chair for about an hour. I watched tv as Debbie came into the room every 15 minutes to soak my wraps in more mineral water! The time goes by fast and before you know it, time is up and you are ready to be unwrapped! I was incredibly pleased with the way I looked after getting unwrapped! My shorts (that fit snug when I last tried them) now fit perfectly and I noticed a complete difference in the way my clothes fit overall! I would HIGHLY recommend getting a wrap, or package of wraps, before a big event! I even had a couple of friends comment on my slim figure! I can't wait to come back and get another wrap! read more

I have to recommend Cathy's Bio Cell Body wraps to anyone looking for immediate results with long lasting effects!! I have tried everything to lose weight and feel better about myself and the only thing I have found To work is the bio cell wraps coupled with Cathy's nutrition advice!!
