Maranda is the best!! She knows what she's doing and I feel like a new person when I leave.

Edited to respond to your response below... Please go watch that video again. There was 1 towel I…read more mistakenly walked out with that ONE DAY. Regardless if it was 1 or 2 in one day that you happen to find on camera? As someone who has worked in retail and am a manager/LEADER myself- You were Rude, Immature, Frantic and Irrational. I was surprised to find out that you are the owner after all of this... it didn't stop at a phone call; I continued to hear about it through text. This was most definitely a form of harassment. I then find out this started as drama in the workplace, GOSSIP. This girl who fueled your delusion, lied on me and then quit a few days after? (maybe it's connected, maybe not) ... but as someone observing first hand how you run a business. You feed into the immature drama. for a lot of these young girls this is their FIRST job experience and You are setting the wrong standards for their future in a workplace. I hope you learn to lead by a better example. Thanks I am extremely disappointed in how I was treated today. I received a phone call from the owner accusing me of stealing towels. The call immediately began with her telling me I needed to "stop stealing her towels," which felt accusatory and unprofessional. To be clear, I did accidentally leave with a towel during a rushed lunch break. It was not intentional. I realized it afterward and fully intended to return it. I take responsibility for that mistake. However, I have been a loyal customer for many months, spending around $90 per month and visiting almost daily. I have never been accused of stealing anything in my life and would never intentionally take something that did not belong to me. Mistakes can happen. The way situations are handled matters. A respectful conversation would have gone a long way
