He showed up at the appointed time and later made us a reasonable offer. He and his assistant returned the next day to pay us, pack everything up and take it away. Rob clearly is very experienced and knows how to do this correctly, and he and Dominique couldn't have been more professional, helpful and pleasant throughout. It was a completely positive experience. I wouldn't hesitate to use Rob's services again and would/will enthusiastically recommend him to anyone.

This was very much appreciated as it is emotional and overwhelming to liquidate a loved ones belongings. I was very pleased with the online auction results as almost everything was sold. Items were quickly picked up within a few days of the close of the auction. Patty and Ed are the best! They were professional and highly organized. I would not hesitate to recommend Clark's Auction Company!

Horrible, deceptive scammers. They gave a 1 day turnaround to arrange shipping for winning bids,…read moreand their "recommended shippers" quoted an extortionate $400-1400 to ship 1-2 boxes of clothing. Though I reached out to try and come to a resolution, the auction house refused to help or accommodate at all, leaving me no reasonable way to actually get my items. Updating my review after finally getting notice my items have been shipped: What should have been a straightforward transaction turned into a 3-week ordeal just to get my purchases shipped. Despite the auction house insisting that my items would require multiple large boxes (and implying extremely high shipping costs), an independent shipper was ultimately able to pack everything into a single 20" box. This directly contradicts the information I was given and raises serious concerns about the accuracy, or intent, of their "recommended shippers" and guidance. Additionally, the lack of support throughout the process was unacceptable. When I reached out for help navigating shipping, I was met with refusal, dismissal, and eventually blocked from communication altogether. I am a frequent auction buyer and have never had such an issue before. Being blocked instead of assisted when trying to resolve a legitimate issue reflects extremely poor customer service, not a difficult customer. I was aware of the timeline for shipping and contacted all of the recommended shippers in advance to get quotes, but did not get responses until after the auction. What I was not aware of was that your recommended shipping process would involve quotes that were wildly inflated and inconsistent with reality. My clothing business processes hundreds of packages per week, so I'm extremely familiar with what things should cost to ship. This was not a matter of "circumstances within my control", it was a matter of inaccurate information, lack of transparency, and refusal to help once the sale was complete. Bidders beware, and sellers should take their business elsewhere.

I originally came in hoping to redesign the set (as it was damaged), but after exploring several options, I realized a full redesign wasn't financially realistic for me at this time. Rather than pushing me toward something outside my budget, Thomas worked with me to find a solution that honored both the sentimental value of my original ring and what I could realistically afford. He repaired my original setting, replaced my stone with a beautiful lab-grown opal, and helped me creatively use inherited family jewelry toward the project. The end result feels deeply personal and absolutely beautiful -- I now have my wedding set back in a way that feels meaningful, unique, and affordable. What really stood out to me was how much personal attention Thomas gave throughout the process. He took time to walk through options, answer questions, and genuinely get to know me and what I was looking for. He's warm, funny, easy to talk to, and the experience felt very much like working with an old-school local family business that truly values relationships with their customers. If you're looking for a jeweler who will take the time to work with you, think creatively, and help you find something that fits both your vision and your budget, I'd absolutely recommend stopping in to Scotts Valley Jewelers!

Gold is now over $4500.00 per ounce? So I asked them if they could replace the batteries in my husband's tag heuer and they said oh we don't do that either? So what do they do? Ugh! They have a good selection of ready to wear jewelries but I would not recommend customizing here…read more I had two stones for customization and the store suggested me leave the stones here and they would show me clay over stones for design visualization, also was told the clay would be ready in 1-2 weeks. Left stone with the store and called in after a week, and was told they didn't receive pictures of designs that I like, so I resent. Waited another two more weeks and called in twice, they kept telling me clay will be ready soon, and got a certain answer on last call that clay will be ready last Sat. I went in today on Tuesday and they didn't do any clay with either of the stone, instead showed me a design which I said in my first visit that I would want something different. So imagine leaving them stones for almost a month and come back to see nothing is done as they promised, during the waiting I didn't get any call from the store but have to call in to keep checking. I am sure they are great local store but I am quite disappointed with what I experienced.
