Barb's helped me out immensely with a recent delivery I sent a friend for her birthday. I definitely made a typo on her address when I filled out the form online, but the delivery driver called me to confirm, and ultimately got the flowers to the right spot. They certainly didn't have to do that, so I really appreciated that they went above and beyond to make my friend's birthday special. Beautiful flowers and excellent customer service. read more

I called 48 hours before I needed flowers, I had a very special request. Hawaiian themed memorial for someone we love. I thought we would be using them at the cake table or food table during the reception. Knowing there could be limitations due to time restraints and a unique theme for the area, I was not expecting perfection. The arrangements were stunning and the family was so happy with them they used them for the memorial instead. Thanks for accepting this challenge. Will be ordering again soon. read more

Absolutely fantastic experience ordering from Barb's. I live outside the area but wanted to send a gift for my mother's milestone birthday. Hannah was awesome and handled my phone request professionally, with enthusiasm and super fast. She was able to make the bouquet I requested, attached ballon's and a sampler pack of cookies from Crumbl. Everything arrived on time and my mom absolutely loved it all. Can't recommend Hannah and Barb's enough. read more

I ordered flowers to a friend in Oregon and I am in The Bronx, New York. I chose this florist because of the elegance of their website. But when speaking to Barb about my needs and desires for this friend, I knew I chose an outstanding florist. She quickly ascertained what I wanted. I was in the right hands and had no worries those flowers would be gorgeous. The flowers were delivered rapidly which surprised me. The recipient notified me immediately at her surprise and delight. I was so happy. She sent me a photo. I was overwhelmed with the beauty. Therefore, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Barb's Flowers for elegant flowers and outstanding customer service. read more

Called this morning to order flowers for my mom for Easter. Friendly service, understood exactly what I was looking for and able to do same day delivery at a great price. I will order direct from now on and skip the middle man of online flower ordering services. My mom called me and loved the arrangement. She said it had beautiful flowers that were in bloom and some that would bloom in a few days. Thank you for making this a fun rewarding purchase read more

Barb's Flowers - Beautiful flowers that were delivered to my mom today - Florists Near Me - Roseburg, Oregon

I ordered flowers online from Barb's for the first time a couple of months ago. It was for an important occasion and I upgraded to the highest price I could in order to get the best and fullest bouquet. That arrangement looked NOTHING like the one in the picture advertised on the shop's website and I was more than upset that I'd spent nearly $70 on something that if I had been in town visiting, I could have gone to Freddy's and gotten for $20. I was quite embarrassed when I saw a picture of the actual bouquet from the recipient. Thankfully, she loved the flowers even though I was aghast. I decided to give Barb's a second try today since I needed flowers again for someone in Roseburg. This time, my budget wasn't as big and so I went with just a standard bouquet that was $33 plus delivery. I just received a picture of the flowers and am again overwhelmingly embarrassed by the arrangement. At least this time the arrangement has a 360 degree orientation like the picture online shows, but it is still a far cry from the fullness depicted. The color choice of flowers is different, but I understand that a florist will substitute for another color or type of flower if they don't have any of the depicted ones in stock. And that is perfectly fine with me. However, I do expect the arrangement to look at least 80-90% similar in fullness even if they must use substitutions. After the first order, I thought maybe I was just a jerk with unreasonably high standards. Now I see that wasn't the case. Have a look for yourself at the picture I received as confirmation in my email and the picture of what was actually received. Thank goodness the person who got the flowers was simply delighted by the surprise. Next time, I'll look elsewhere for a go-to florist in Roseburg. read more

Barb did a lovely job creating a large floral arrangement for a special occasion. With very little explicit instruction -- the finished flowers were just the right colors; the perfect size; stunningly arranged and beautiful. Thanks Barb and Hannah read more

I am not a local. I have driven by the shop and like what I saw and remembered the name for when I needed to send flowers to my Aunt. Lovely warm decor from the outside of this business. I have never been inside. I had called and gotten a hold of Barb and placed two orders 3 days apart. One for my Aunt's Birtday and one for Valentines Day. I was specific about what I wanted for both deliveries. And when to deliver. I received a call back when they were not able to find the color of blooms of a plant that I wanted. So they incorporated the color elsewhere in the basket. She was very helpful with all my questions. The shop put together a beautiful English garden basket with chocolates that my Aunt adored and is still talking about. They delivered the basket at the time I asked. The second delivery did not follow exactly what I had asked for and did not deliver at the time I asked. I had thought she would have difficulty with Lillies indoors. It turns out that she loves Lillies and does not have the same breathing issues as my mother and me. Thank goodness. They did inclued the 3 yellow Roses I has asked for . Over all the arrangements were above and beyond gorgeous. My Aunt loved them !!! I will be using Barb's Flowers again in the future. The deliver driver was absolutely a dall. My Aunt loved her. read more

I sent flowers to my bff for her 50th birthday. A picture of the flowers were sent to me and I was embarrassed by what was dropped off. It did not remotely look like the picture. The stems were not cut, and the long stems were just thrown into a vase. There was no arranging whatsoever. Not happy. read more

I had the MOST superb experience with Barb's. I live in So Cal and wanted a bouquet of flowers ordered over the phone to be delivered to a friend in Roseburg. The associate was so gracious and listened intently to what I wanted and was very genuine with her questions and with her help. Bottom line, my friend texted me a photo of the flowers she got and they were EXACTLY what I described that I wanted. Not only were the flowers GORGEOUS but they even chose the PERFECT glass vase. I am soooooo impressed with people who LISTEN and DO IT RIGHT these days. I would order flowers from Barb's again without hesitation!! Roseburg is very lucky to have such a remarkable florist in town!! THANK YOU !!!!! read more

After a very expensive arrangement died three days after receiving it and they sent a replacement Bouquet which was appreciated. However, the search continues for a local floristWho does modern, attractive arrangements. We had tried Barb's because everything that we had ordered from Long's had been traditional and dated. I had seen some work at a bridal show that gave me hope that Barbs flowers could get the job done. I guess my taste is a little too little outside the box to find something in a small town. read more

Barb is delightful and a true floral artist. Would recommend to anyone, even my enemies.. cuz they need flowers too.

Wow! Drove into Roseburg needing a quick bouquet for my mom's bday. I asked her what she had for around $30. Amazing service. When I found out a dear friend was in the hospital I was hoping to send her flowers right away. I live in another state so I ordered from Barb's website. Barb's Flowers did the arrangements for my dad memorial service. He was an outdoorsman and timber cutter. ordered a flower delivery for a quarantine wedding that i couldn't attend, the flowers and add ons (i was so excited that there were truffles!) arrived as scheduled, but the 'add on' consisted of only one truffle. for $5 and the advertisement of truffleS (plural) i absolutely expected at least two truffles, so to hear that from my friend was pretty disappointing! please clarify this on your site or something so future customers know what they're getting and paying for.. but otherwise, lovey flowers! read more

The floral arrangement I selected online arrived even more beautiful than I expected for my husband's funeral. In fact I did not leave it at the gravesite for the deer but enjoyed it at home, less the two roses I did leave there. We think other occasions are important, and they are, but saying goodbye needed beauty and I am eternally grateful! read more

I always prefer to call a local florist directly when ordering flowers. My mom's 91st birthday was yesterday and I didn't know of a florist in Roseburg, OR where she lived. I relied on Roxanne L.'s review since she was in the same situation, described a great experience with Barb's Flowers, and was a fellow SoCal resident. Barb was extremely helpful in selecting a lovely bouquet in my selected price range of $60. The flowers arrived and my mother was delighted to receive them. She showed them off to all of her friends at her senior living center. Her enthusiasm was nice. read more

A friend sent me an arrangement from this florist and it was terrible. My friend got ripped off big time. After I sent her a picture of what I received, she was really upset and showed me a picture of what she had chosen from a series of pictures that were presented to her as representative of what I would receive. The one I got looked nothing like the picture. There were only two flowers in the arrangement with a lot of mismatched greenery. One flower was a red rose and the other was an unattractive copper colored mum. It looked like a five year old had put it together. read more

My mom lives in the area and like a busy mom myself, I left my own Mother's Day gift for her until the last minute. Being from West LA, I am super picky about flowers since we have a ton of designer florists to choose from. I have sent her flowers several times before using internet flower services and this is the first time that I got exactly what I wanted, delivered on time and correctly (that's been an issue before too) AND I didn't have to pay a fortune for them....even on Mother's Day! I paid for the premium version of her bouquet the day before Mother's Day delivered SAME day (within 3 hours I might add) with at least a dozen roses included in the bouquet and a ton of other flowers for under $60 delivered! I wish I had a picture but my mother said if was huge and beautiful and the most vibrant shades of oranges and pinks she had ever seen....and this woman gets flowers from me twice a year for the past 15 years! Look nowhere else for your local florist! read more

I ordered a bouquet of flowers to send to my best friend who was having a bad day and decided to try out Barb's Flowers. Their online ordering site was easy enough, but I didn't receive any confirmation (email or call) to verify that the shop received my order. The bouquet I chose was full, bright and beautiful, a perfect picker-upper! The bouquet my friend received had 75% less flowers, was mostly leaves and wasn't even in the same color scheme as my original order! My friend hates roses so the bouquet I chose had no roses, of course the bouquet she received had several. I understand that sometimes the flowers used in stock images are not available or in season. However, if the store didn't have any of the flowers used in the photo (not even different ones with similar colors) then they shouldn't be advertising that product for sale. The only reason I am giving Barb's two stars is because they made the bouquet quickly and got it to her the same day I ordered it. read more

I called direct to Barb's Flowers over the phone from Bend Or and specifically ask for a bouquet of Stargazer Lilies and Curl Willow along with other flowers for my Aunt whom has been stricken with serious medical problems so really wanted to make sure they provided her with a beautiful bedside arrangement. No Stargazers, No Curly Willow, No added Flowers just green fillers. When I seen the pictures of the flowers, I called to let them know what kind of flower shop doesn't delivery what you ordered but dictates the Price they want for that order! They offered nothing, but sorry we had no Stargazers. Why didn't they call to let me know, so I could order from another Flower Shop I asked, Sorry she replied!
