I've gone into overdrive recently buying new clothing. I picked up clothing in Norway a week back and Barbour is the sort of place that I prefer. It's quality all the way please. Me mum used to say buy cheap buy twice. Quality shoes too are a must.
The clothing here is light years away from the chain store made in Pakistan, India, China, Vietnam, Mexico. Ya get the point; the designs, the quality are quite wonderful and the practicality is top notch.
This Barbour is in an outlet store, the sort of place where potentially one can still pick up a bargain but it's no longer guaranteed in these places.
It used to be that genuine bargains were to be had but more often than not a lot of the merchandise sold here is now being produced cheaply solely to target this part of the market.
Barbour is a relative newcomer store here. One of the coats I bought was discounted by almost £500. I am now able to withstand an Antarctic winter now I just need to get there to test it and I've January/February 2025 in mind.
The staff were real helpful, friendly and greeted all visitors but honestly, not to diminish their jobs in any way, the quality of these goods really do sell themselves. read more
