A coworker recommended this place and even told me who to book with, so I decided to give it a try. From the moment we walked in, I felt a strange vibe -- and apparently, so did my son. While we were waiting, he kept saying he had a bad feeling and wanted to leave. I told him we should stay, but in hindsight, I wish I'd listened to him. There was a woman sitting at a podium near the entrance who politely let us know there were snacks and drinks available, but she stared at me the entire time we were there. It felt awkward and uncomfortable. Once the haircut started, it was obvious things weren't going as expected. The barber gave my son a huge box-style haircut, like something straight out of the 90s -- definitely not what we asked for. I tried to hold it in, but halfway through, I couldn't stop laughing. Another man in the shop was laughing with me. It was seriously that bad. I eventually went up to the woman at the podium and showed her a picture of what my son's hair is supposed to look like. She responded, in plain English, that she didn't speak English. After over an hour -- closer to an hour and a half -- the haircut was finally done. I paid and even tipped, though not much. Normally I tip well, but this was just... wow. This was hands down the worst (and funniest) haircut my son has ever had. Thankfully, he's laid-back and knows it will grow back. But he hates the cut, and I absolutely do not recommend this place. I'm just relieved my older son didn't come -- he's much more sensitive, and it would not have ended well.
