I would really like to give this barbershop five stars. The technical expertise that the barber has…read moreis actually quite excellent. However, the total lack of customer service and professionalism really takes away from the actual haircut. I gave this place two chances to not only cut my hair and trim my beard the way I have requested but also to do it in a timely manner. Both times that I went the barber, who is also the owner, had his five year old and three year old in the shop. The children ran around distracting him from taking care of his customers and continually kept trying to run out the front door into the parking lot. Both times I went there to get a haircut and beard trim it took almost an hour and a half to do a high fade and a beard trim. Both times that I went to get a haircut I also asked for a straight razor shave on the side of my head below the fade. And both times, I did not receive it. Instead, the barber spent well over 30 minutes and what seemed like every pair of clippers in the store to slowly cut my hair down to the skin. What could've been accomplished in 45 minutes or less took an hour and 20 minutes instead. I believe that the barber could do a excellent job however until he is able to get a business where he does not also have to babysit and starts listening to his customers better I will not be returning.
