I chose this establishment because Mrs. Desiree has amazing reviews, and she is also a nurse. I'm in the healthcare field as well, so that instantly got my attention. Her online booking system is easy to do and follow. Her new location is even easier to find now. After my first session, Mrs. Desiree immediately booked an 8 week followup for a small touch-up, and educated me on hygiene care of my eyebrows through their healing process. She even gave me a free after care kit that came in handy after my touch-up follow-up as well. I ended up getting a severe case of poison Sumac that at first glance, seemed to be an allergic reaction to my recent microblading session. But ,because Mrs. Desiree was a nurse, I felt comfortable enough to reach out to her. We chatted through her chat line and she immediately texted me through her own cell phone number. She was able to guide me in regards to confirming it was not likely an allergic reaction to the microblading, but perhaps something else, and helped make the decision to go to an urgent care that confirmed poison sumac as the culprit. Mrs. Desiree was amazing during the appointment, and after hours. I will definitely be back especially since she now does lip blushing now.

Update on Brooke's response to my prior review. She is a liar. I did not ask for nor approve these…read morehorrid eyebrows. No sane person would ever request solid (no strokes) thick heavy opaque brows with an angry bird arch going way, way, way outside natural brow lines. Just had second laser removal and dark splotches remain; dermatologist explained she went too deep into layers of skin so he'll try for a third removal but is not optimistic. Brooke is escaping accountability by claiming I asked to look like a freak. I am permanently disfigured by her and she has the audacity to blame me. I suspect her web pictures are fake. Don't take her word. She lies. Welcome to contact me for facts and to see her "work". Be advised this practice is not licensed in NC. Neither is the ink approved so it's a completely unregulated field and any huckster can claim to be anything with a slick web site. Brooke is a huckster with a slick website. I wish I didn't have to think of her ever again but every time I look in the mirror I want to cry. My disfigured face is a constant reminder. Don't risk it. She even redrew them a couple of times for me so I could see which size and shape I preferred. Her aftercare instructions and easy to understand and she texted me the day after to see how healing was going. I went back 6 weeks later for my color boost and I'm so happy with the work. I read another review of someone who had a bad experience and it's almost like she wasn't even at the same place with the same artist because several people I know use her and they've all had great experiences too.
