We only waited a few moments before he was ready for my husband. During the cut, he made pleasant conversation and did a great job, always making sure he was cutting my husband's hair the way he wanted it. I wish he was in Pittsburgh!

As other reviews stated, Ron greeted us like we had been there a million times - very friendly and kind. He helped the previous client up out of the chair, brushed him off and helped him put on his jacket! I knew I came to the right place for my Dad. As Dad got trimmed, Ron put on Herb Albert's Tijuana Brass Whipped Cream album (which was for sale along with a bunch of other stuff). Dad got a great cut and I bought some fun stuff for a buddy's rec Room! Win win.

I wasn't informed that when I came in inquiring about services. I was told (by a woman) to come in and she can get the job done. Unfortunately when I returned, she was booked and they didn't understand why she told me that. I drove a half hour to come. They did find someone to do an undercut, however he was unable to do any designs (he didn't know how I suppose) which is why we went. I will be returning, after making an appointment, and give them a second chance to redeem.

The online booking system required a credit card to book the appointment and would charge him if he was a no show. However, NICO would not let him pay for the cut with the credit card. HOW is this even a business practice? Nowhere on the site does it say it's CASH ONLY or even say Nico only takes cash. So he had to go to Keybank and get cash, which is not his bank so he had to pay a $4.50 fee to get the money. WE WILL NEVER EVER GO TO WP BARBER AGAIN - ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A BUSINESS!!!!!!

The guys are definitely just there to cut hair., and the customers do not seem to mind one bit. While waiting for my son, I often look around and ponder the slight changes they could make and really elevate the look of the spot. (Apparently this only matters to me? ha!) On our first walk-in we got the first available barber, AJ. AJ is the man! He takes his t-i-m-e cutting my son's hair, and it definitely shows. Don't let the ambiance dissuade you. This is a respectable location. Sports or news is always on the tv. They always have good music playing. The barbers and clients are well acquainted w each other, talking everything from sports to politics. As a woman chilling in a barber shop, I feel absolutely fine.
