After unsuccessful litigation, the cost to make the repairs outweighed the potential advantage of completing them. I knew I could not use an agent in the Sonora area after the litigation and looked outside the area. While looking on yelp, I saw a realtor named Scott Cary who had outstanding reviews from his clients. I phoned Scott who answered his phone and told him the circumstances around the property I had purchased. Scott totally understood my situation and said he would like to help me sell the house. Scott asked numerous questions and completed a market analysis to get the best possible dollar amount we could for the property I liked Scott's straightforward, honest, and no BS approach to the sale and marketing of my house. I subsequently signed on with Scott to be my representative in my home sale. Because of the known issues which had to be disclosed unlike the previous owners and agent, Scott walked me through the entire process and advised me of legal and moral obligations in my home sale. The house sale was not easy due to the previous conditions and repairs needed.
