Not the worst nail spa, but not the best either. Came with a friend who recommended getting a pedicure here as summer kicks off. The front desk wasn't especially friendly so I didn't leave feeling like we just tried to do some relaxing for ourselves. Bright interior, lots of colors to choose from for both gel and acrylic. Around 6 manicure stations and 9 pedicure chairs. Relatively comfy. I understand that not everyone wants to talk during getting their nails done but the woman doing it really struggled answering pretty simple questions about the polish I had in English, it was a little frustrating. It was pretty dusty on the chairs, shelves and boxes, as well as dried spills on the trays they were using so I'm hoping they're being hygienic with their tools because it didn't look like parts of the shop had been wiped down. The pedicure turned out nice but it was overpriced for the experience. The only nail salon that's charged a credit card fee no matter the card type. I don't think we will be returning customers. Nice amount of parking. read more

I was very happy with the service for a reasonable price. Staff were professional and accommodating. Looking forward to a new color.

I would rate zero if I could. Asked for gel manicure It started chipping the first week and damaged my cuticles severely It's been six months now and nails keep breaking and cuticles are barely recovered When I asked them to help with deep conditioning treatments the ran me around for 2 days and refused to help. Beware!!! read more

Always so accommodating and reliable for last-minute Mani / Pedi sessions. Sometimes I feel they change their prices when the owner is not around, so I do prefer to have him there for my appointments. read more

This place is an absolute joke!!! I wanted to go get my nails done for my birthday today. However, I was only born with 1 hand and they were trying to charge me full price to do 1 hand with of work. What a shame!!!! read more

Never coming back. Made an appointment online for me and my 4 year old goddaughter. We both sit down and only one person helped us the entire time. So she had to wait until I was done. Other people just standing around. I was in pain the whole time he dug so far under my nail. Barely scrubbed my feet. The same brushes are used for everyone without being cleaned.Put lotion on and then made me put my feet back in the water and washed it off. Polish is thin, on my skin, and not even covering my whole nail. Can't believe I had to pay for this. read more

If I could give this place 10 stars I would! My daughter, friend and I did an appt online....showed up and they sat us right away. Had the best pedicure that I ever received!! Took their time, all three were very pleasant and we all are super happy with our service and got the full 50 min service! Very clean and relaxed atmosphere. Even fixed my friend nail Thank you! Highly recommend and will be our new "go to" place for our pedicures! read more

From the time I walked in to the time I walked out was 13 minutes. Fastest pedicure in history and not in a good way. She barely did anything to my feet. Such a bummer. read more

We booked our appointments several weeks ago for 2 pedi's, 2 mani's and one nail fill. We have been here previously and one of our party goes regularly. One tech was nice gave me a pedi that was wonderful and the other tech started on my friends pedi10 minutes after I was being taken care of and yet he finished my friends pedi at the same time as mine. The tech barley scrubbed her feet, did not touch her heels at all and just gave the impression he did not want to take care of my friend. I had a different tech for the mani but my friend had the same tech that did the poor job on her pedi and once again rushed the job. The technicians did not open clean tools for either of us; the water for our nail soak was cool and again we both felt very rushed. Neither of the mani techs spoke with us it was just with each other. We have definitely had better service in the past. Not sure if we will give them another try. read more

This was the worst place I've ever had my nails done. So much up sell to pay more, which is exhausting. But the biggest problem is that I had the devils head ($45) special pedicure. He gave me one coat of polish, but once I looked at my finished toe nails, there was still the original nail polish on my feet (black nail polish). How can this be acceptable? He redid my toes, aggressively (ouch). Never ever going back! I would a negative 1, but then this wouldn't be posted. read more

Great job at my pedicure and manicure! Nice place. Would go again! Clean place. Lots of chairs. Massage chairs are great.

Extremely rushed pedicure. Full set was horrible messy and my hands are still filled with glue. Would not go back read more

I walked in the door at 3 pm the sign says they close at 5pm but they refused my service very much racism I would never return to this place

They were laughing the whole time pointing at my nail that had damage to it and was bumpy. I had 3 different people jump back and forth to do my nails while people watched and didn't engage with me at all. Acted annoyed and rushed to get me out. It was the worst experience I've and at a nail salon. Go to Hollywood Nails in Baraboo. Much kinder and my nails look much better. read more

My mom and I enjoy getting a pedicure here and they always do a good job and my feet feel great for days afterwards. I like to make an appointment but they do take walk ins when they can. read more

My no chip manicure lasted one day before they started chipping away. Cut my cuticles too far and had infection on index finger because of it. read more

I was a regular here for almost 2 years and everyone there is amazing. I usually did the dip nails and they were the best I have ever had.

Nails turned out fine. Don't like the length. Guy kept hitting my hands. And was giving a rude look Told me how my nails should look. Took my phone away. And would yell at my in his native language saying something. Idk . read more
