Everyone is lovely and remembers my daughter by name even though she is only there 1-2 times a month. Ms. Seemab is especially lovely and always provides such nice feedback about what my daughter learned throughout the day and how she did. I love the daily emailed reports, which include tons of cute videos and pictures. I feel very comfortable and confident that she is in great hands while she's at Chesterbrook.

Shortly after we were warned by someone we met that it's not a good school, they were right. There are many families on grants and financial support (lower income),which we did not mind, though there is no system in place and the preschool lacks leadership and clear guidance from the director and corporate. Teachers don't seem to know when asked questions and do not make any decisions. Often, staff members were on their cell when I came to pickup. It is not Regio or Montessori teaching approach, and from what I've seen the teachers cut and glue the art projects, the children learn by repeating and being indoctrinated with information instead of exploring hands-on and being asked open-ended questions. We were not updated when there were issues that rose, and only found out after the fact that things were handled poorly and without any consent from the parents. This is our third child and I work in education, if you value your child's education and want them to thrive in a supportive, welcoming and communal environment, there are better options out there.

If she's in the wrong, which is often, she will just start an argument until she thinks she's won. - Jasmyn Butler is loud and does not discipline her own kids that go there, but is quick to yell at another kid. -Kierra Tongue threatens 5 year olds that are being mean to her daughter. -They do not like to be called out on their BS, they will make it hell for you to bring your child. -There is no structure in any of the older classrooms; infants & tods are great really. -Way too much personal drama going on in front of the kids. -Communication at the center is terrible between management and staff && management and families. -The director, whatever Jasmyn's position is, and the two team leads consistently leave the center to go have drinks (while still on the clock), leaving the phone with another staff member and the front desk empty. These are just a few things.

My daughter started Orchid Montessori School when she was 3.5 years old, and in a matter of a year,…read moreshe experienced extraordinary emotional and intellectual growth. There can be no doubt that most of the credit goes to the talented and conscientious teacher, Miss Anitha. From learning good manners to reading small sentences to knowing time/calander, planets, and countries, my daughter has thrived in an environment where she is nurtured, challenged, and loved. Miss Anitha and her supporting teacher have done a tremendous job of balancing creativity, fun, learning, and play where my daughter comes home with new concepts and experiences. The kids are exposed to different cultures by celebrating worldwide festivals, Spanish language, experimental science, geography, and many more! Miss Anitha has been quite invested in her contentment and development; that my daughter wants to go to school even on holidays! Field trips every other month is a plus! The school is the perfect size for the teachers to give each child individual attention but also large enough for the kids to learn to play and share. The school have surpassed my expectations, and I can happily and enthusiastically recommend their exemplary program for any child between age two and six.

So much that my child spent 4 great years at Owlets and we all cried a bit when we moved out of state and had to leave. I can't say enough about the warm, family-like environment. Teachers and classmates became a second family for my child, and families were really encouraged to get to know each other through events and gatherings. It felt like Owlets was a support system even outside of school hours. We loved the balance between structure and free play and really felt like Little Owlets prepared my daughter very well socially and knowledge-wise for kindergarten - the transition to elementary school was a breeze. My child LOVED the Montessori-inspired activity time and still talks about it. And there were so many creative and fun activities - cooking, yoga....We loved that outdoor time was emphasized in all but the worst weather and the kids got in quality outside play and exercise time. Happy to put another CHECK right here! Aliya and Lola are very patient and nurturing. They have plenty of teaching materials and incorporate lessons into play every day. Our daughter is an only child, but she has really warmed up to her classmates, and teachers. Like any early school /daycare we've had a few incidents, it happens, but again the teachers and management were always quick to send out notices, reach out to us, and provide updates.
