My daughter is a DPT so I know how well they are trained. Percy took was extremely thorough in evaluating my leg and even did his own research into the procedure I had done that created my problem. Most recently, I worked with Barb at the Ahwatukee location for pelvic floor and leg muscle strengthening after undergoing cancer treatment. But if you are looking for personal treatment, an at-home treatment plan and a calm atmosphere, this is not the place. It is large and loud with blaring (often annoying) music, a gym-style environment with an assembly line approach to treatment. Most of the time you are one of 8 to 12 people on one of the many tables lined up in double rows. Behind the tables is a ledge where clipboards are set. The "doctor" you are assigned to may spend 10 minutes with you out of the 60 to 90 minutes you are there. All the rest of the care is done by techs and assistants. Behind you someone calls out, "what's next for ______?" You are given an exercise and then the assistant runs off to the next person. When you finish what you are doing, you sit or lay there until someone notices you need to do the next item. All the while the music is so loud it is hard to hear yourself think. Many of the chairs in the lobby are so rump-sprung that they are hard to get out of. Combine that with an injury that makes it hard to leverage yourself out of the seat and it is problematic. The place doesn't feel that clean, maybe because of the gym-like environment. If you want personal treatment, people who work with you one on one during your appointment time and a plan that you can take home to work on, I'd suggest somewhere else. After a few visits to Pritchette, I made the change and have been very happy with my decision. UPDATE: I read with interest the review by the lady who was sent a medical lien after her son visited the practice. We were the recipients of the same. Not knowing what this was about, we asked someone who knows. I would highly recommend that each person educate themselves on this issue.

Extremely disappointed with ATI Physical Therapy and their billing practices…read more Before I even scheduled my first appointment, I specifically asked them to verify my insurance and tell me exactly what my cost would be per visit. I was told it would be approximately $60. I intentionally waited several days for them to verify my insurance information before moving forward because I wanted to know the cost upfront. At my first visit, I was charged $65. It was $5 more than quoted, but I didn't make an issue of it. Now, approximately 25 days later, ATI is trying to charge me an ADDITIONAL $95 for that same visit. That brings the total cost of ONE physical therapy visit to $160. When I called customer service, I was told the original $65 was supposedly only a "deposit." That was NEVER explained to me. Had I been told that $65 was simply a deposit and that I could later be billed another $95, I would have never agreed to the appointment. What makes this especially frustrating is that I specifically asked for the cost BEFORE scheduling and gave them time to verify everything with my insurance. Their customer service experience only made the situation worse. Patients deserve transparency about what they are agreeing to pay. Quoting someone around $60, collecting $65 at the appointment, and then nearly a month later billing another $95 is completely unacceptable to me. I would absolutely NOT recommend ATI Physical Therapy based on my experience. If you decide to use them, I strongly recommend getting your expected TOTAL cost in writing before receiving any services.

I have excellent insurance that will pay for it and the young woman at the front counter demanded $120 up front before Services were rendered. I told her I had very good insurance and I don't need to be charged and then she insisted that is there policy. I could come in and be treated but they would bill me later I have never had this type of ridiculous interaction with any company that was in my Blue Cross Blue Shield Network I would not recommend this company to anyone I will be looking elsewhere I cannot comment on the physical therapist because I never saw one but the girl who greeted me at the front desk told me all I need to know about this business

She listens and is genuinely interested in finding the best path forward. She doesn't just rely on labs but how I feel as well. She's helped with Hashimoto's, GI issues, as well as other issues in a Holistic manner. Before seeing Heather I was extremely frustrated with my healthcare plan. I've received injections of Traumeel for torn meniscus and bursitis which has made an incredible difference to my healing experience! Ryan has provided hands on therapy for a couple of years as well. His approach provides the best pain relief with the least painful techniques. I definitely have a lot of knots due to Hashimoto's, so it is painful but the relief is amazing.
