The seafood dish was undercooked.
The steak-order was mixed up in one hand, but more importantly, both of them were bloody and unfit for human consumption.
I wonder if this place heard about warranty of habitability.
When I complained, I was met with uttermost rudeness from the waiters. Furthermore, when I asked for the manager, the waiter introduced himself as the manager, even though this was an obvious lie.
Ps.
The cockroach in the middle of the restaurant is just the icing on the cake. And no, the waiter trying to hide the insect from the guests is not the most efficient solution for the image of sanitary dining..
