The Tartar de Atún Rojo is just spectacular. The portion is generous (a good thing, too, as my wife kept swooping in for 'just another taste.' The MIni-Ensaladas were a wonderful complement to the tuna, and my wife's Plato Ventresca (tuna belly with red sauce) had the most wonderful flavor! Where to start... maybe that it is simple in the best way possible. No kitchen, no complicated…read moreglobal selection, just amazing local wines and "simple" tapas of cheese, meats and canned seafoods. If you don't already know how delightful that can be... not sure how much I can convince you. Owned and ran by a person who visibly delights in pleasing their customers, this is such an amazing place to spend a few hours. The wines and Sherrys (viños de Jerez) are delicious. The setting is perfect for visiting with friends old and new. On my second or third visit, I was treated to some free tapas - not based on over abundance - but because he took note of what I liked and gave me something similar to try. One of the few times someone really understood me so quickly - especially considering it was cross-cultural and language. Dreaming of my next visit.
