This place was hopping as I walked by so I was pretty sure it had to be good and it did not disappoint! I snagged a small pistachio bar for mom, who demolished it! For me I went with the fior di latte, which translates to flower of milk. In English, we could potentially equate this with our saying of "cream of the crop." We were on a private boat tour with our great guide Luca when he recommended we stop in Lenno for gelato. We stopped at La Fabbrica del Gelato and it was truly out of this world. The servers were so kind to give us their best reccs, and I am glad we sought their advice. From the texture, to the natural flavors, I was blown away at how good it was.
