Abysmal service experience. We approached a table, as is customary in Switzerland, and the waitress…read moretold us it was booked. I asked her if she was sure, as there wasn't a reserved sign, unlike other tables, and it was the only free table left. She huffed and puffed and told us to wait. While we waited for her to get back to us, two of the four seats that were still available at the bar got taken by a couple, who had just walked in. I then asked her how long she thought the wait was for a table and she raised her hands to the sky, saying she didn't know, ending her rude answer with an "au revoir madame". Needless to say, we left. It's a shame, as we had heard great things about the food there.
