Convenient opening times. Needed a bottle of wine Sunday evening, we came here. Extensive collection, reasonable price. Wanted an apéro on Christmas Eve, they were open. Various food items available to pair with tasting. More often than not, this place is full with locals. We come here every time we are in town. Receptions by the personnel vary. Know your preference, so you will not feel overwhelmed by varieties. Learn a few names of local grape varieties, Humagne Rouge, Petit Arvine, Cornalin or Païen. Stay open-minded. Don't restrict your choice to prize-winners. Some young people that work there are comfortable conversing in a foreign language. Basically, trust your taste buds.

Great ambiance. The bar is off the main drag as you go from east Sion into the downtown area. I do…read morenot believe that there is a private lot for the bar, however, there are many nearby parking garages and public lots for a minimal fee. The bar is pretty tight, to where you will most likely be sharing elbow room if the place is packed (which from what I understand is fairly common due to it's popularity). The table seating to bar seating is rather even. This is not your average bar where you will find your "fountain"-like cocktail. Rather, it focuses on imported and specialty beers, with a selection of whiskies (surprisingly they did not have any cognac). The crowd that goes there is pretty chill (and a bit hipster to a degree). The bartenders and hosts were very friendly and helpful. Great establishment and bar!
