Convenient opening times. Needed a bottle of wine Sunday evening, we came here. Extensive collection, reasonable price. Wanted an apéro on Christmas Eve, they were open. Various food items available to pair with tasting. More often than not, this place is full with locals.
We come here every time we are in town. Receptions by the personnel vary. Know your preference, so you will not feel overwhelmed by varieties. Learn a few names of local grape varieties, Humagne Rouge, Petit Arvine, Cornalin or Païen. Stay open-minded. Don't restrict your choice to prize-winners. Some young people that work there are comfortable conversing in a foreign language. Basically, trust your taste buds.
