Most of the staff is efficient and highly professional while also comfortingly casual at the same time. There is one exception: If you need to contact them you will need to go through the App, as you will have no luck calling. Even if they pick up you will be inevitably put on hold until they decide to hang up. I called before my appointment yesterday and was on hold after the receptionist asked if I was okay... I would have been fine if I had been on hold for a while, but it was an hour and a half. I went in and saw Dr Jason Taylor for my osteoporosis I need a medication I can take. He prescribed a medication for me that I'm not able to take because of a disease and he should know that I'm glad I reviewed the medication he wanted me to take cuz it would have hurt me if I would have just taken it. I have been trying now for weeks get that weeks to respond back to me for a medication I can take. I have not been able to get a response back from him and it looks like I'm not able to switch doctors to somebody who could answer this question so I'm kind of stuck with him. Called to make an appointment. The receptionists are horrible. They place you on hold repeatedly and without warning. It took 30 minutes just to make an appointment and calling first thing in the morning, they only have something available for the next day. This is terrible when you are sick and need treatment. Dr. Montgomery had me wait over 1 hour and 20 minutes. I left and told the receptionist that this was unacceptable. I had a referral and a PPo. Blue cross/ blue shield.
