We were in the ER at 1030 pm when my wife was having severe stomach pains. We did the initial paperwork (ok computer work) immediately upon walking in. She was taken into an exam room within a couple minutes and the RN was doing the initial exam a few minutes later. Doctor Touchton was in the exam room about 25 minutes later. By that time the nurse had given my wife an IV with morphine for her pain. He examined her and ordered a CT scan, blood work and urinalysis. It seemed the doctor was a bit perplexed as to what the cause was. He asked her take the test results and follow up with our PCP. We went home at 0330 AM.
