I highly recommend having employee John R. assist you with any questions or to place order(s). He made sure my orders were placed immediately and all of my orders arrived within a week. A couple things to know... 1) They don't keep inventory at the Portland location, it ships from a distribution center in central/eastern WA. 2) Orders are delivered to a logistics warehouse on Swan Island (near UPS) that's where customers must pick up their orders. 3) Simple Floors doesn't do installations and they don't contract with installers, they only sell the products (flooring).
