This particular report indicated he did not check certain items such as overflow due to the age of the house, yet everything is new. That seems lazy to me. He was correct about certain items and I do not think he tried to scare people, but, sometimes being overly cautious can really mess up the lives of others. My goal is to provide counsel to be more careful of calling out items that are not a problem. I personally had to spend a thousand dollars to provide proof there are no problems with certain items.
