My stepmother and myself sat on the waiting area until Jose Suarez approached us at 11:23 am asking how he could help us, I mentioned to him our inquiry about adding my stepmother who currently banks with wells forgo bank into my existing account. He had no interest in helping and suggested I scheduled an appointment for the following Monday at 10:00 am that because this would take over 1 hour. when I asked who the appointment was scheduled with, he said any banker who's available at the time of your visit. I ended up going to 72nd ave, on Monday and had the most pleasure visit with the help from Jose Valencia who provided with excellent customer service, not to mentioned it took 10 minutes to add my stepmother into my existing account.

The drive-through is catercorner, on the South-West corner, and there is an ATM there as well. Branch has always been well-staffed every time I've been inside, which is not that often, but they seem efficient and move the line right along.

(Your change moves to savings $.75 purchase $.25 gets put in savings) Months go by and my husband says he doesn't like it because he sees it leave our checking account but has not seen ANY of the change go into our savings account. We go into the bank, and they track our money which was ALMOST $400.00 to a vacant account!?!?!? Accidents happen, a missed or added number.... I get it. So honest mistake we got our funds moved into our account. All good. My husband has complained to me that the bank is charging us a $30.00 courtesy pay, when we have money in our account. On multiple occasions in the past year we have been charged a $30 fee up to SIX times in one day, for an account that was not over drawn until charged this $30 and then stacked them!?!?! I fail to understand how they think this is okay. My husband calls the bank which took hours, only to be told they are not putting the funds back and fixing the issue. From June 2024 thru June 2025 there were 38 of these transactions. Over 3/4 of them are unwarranted fees. $1,140.00 WORTH. I do not recommend this bank and we plan to take legal action.

You send them your insurance, but they say they didn't receive it. I sent my insurance confirmation by fax, by mail and uploaded it to their website, but they still said they didn't receive it. And they kept sending me bills with additional payments for their insurance, which I never bought and never used.
