So I'm talking to teller to close the account and she really has nothing to say, goes and talks to a higher up person in the bank who tells that I will need to pay the amount that was negative back to 0 in order to close the accounts. I hand her my bank card and she says oh we will need cash. Takes my money, gives me a receipt and walks away saying nothing. So I say to her have a nice day.
