As a former student, I feel compelled to share my negative experience with this school. Unfortunately, my time there was far from pleasant. Firstly, the teaching staff significantly impacted my experience. One teacher's behavior was so unprofessional and disrespectful that I had no choice but to drop the subject. This kind of environment is incredibly discouraging for students trying to learn and succeed. The dress code at this school is another major issue. It's both absurd and inconsistently enforced. The rules seem to be entirely subjective; what may be deemed acceptable by one person could lead to a Saturday detention if someone else disagrees. This lack of clear and fair guidelines creates unnecessary stress and confusion. The condition of the school's facilities, particularly the toilets, is appalling. They are consistently dirty, smelly, and poorly maintained. Some doors don't even work, and the presence of vaping and smoking in these areas is excessive and disturbing. I can count on one hand the number of times I used the bathroom in five years because of these issues. The school's transportation services are equally problematic. The buses are frequently vandalized by students, who also disregard safety rules by overloading the buses. This not only creates a chaotic and dangerous environment but also contributes to a general sense of lawlessness and discomfort. Overall, the school seems to prioritize the convenience and authority of teachers over creating a supportive learning environment for students. This is evident in the removal the past principle Mrs. Huddleston, who seemed to genuinely care about student well-being and success.
